Ingredients
Wrap Base
- 6 lavash wraps
- Cheddar cheese (as needed)
Filling
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp pepper paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter
- A handful of parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Lay out each lavash wrap.

- Spoon the meat filling over the cheese.
