For the Salmon

- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Season the Salmon
- Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, season with smoked paprika, chili flakes, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss gently to coat.
2. Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon pieces in a single layer.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and minced garlic.
- Stir gently and spoon the garlic butter over the salmon for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
3. Make the Herb Cream Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, dill, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until smooth.
4. Serve
- Transfer salmon bites to a serving platter.
- Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter from the pan.
- Serve with the herb cream sauce on the side.
